The Space With an open concept, this home boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, gourmet Chefs kitchen, two spacious living rooms, dining area, and outdoor areas that include a private entertaining patio, calming rock water feature, deck with seating and fire table, kids Rainbow play set, and basketball court. Gourmet Kitchen Prepare your meals in our fully stocked Chef’s gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, six burner gas stove with double oven, microwave, French door refrigerator /freezer, coffee maker and more. The adjacent dining room can seat 8 adults comfortably along with the 15 foot kitchen island equipped with 7 bar stools, while the adjoining stylish living room is furnished with a comfortable sectional sofa, which opens up to a king lounging mega bed, two additional seating chairs, a 65 inch smart TV and a comforting gas fireplace. The Master bedroom features a King bed, an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet with direct access to the outside back deck. On the other side of the home, you will find a second living room which includes a large sectional sofa, cabinets full of games, books, DVD movies, and of course Xbox 360 to keep the kids happy with a 50 inch smart TV. Continue down the hall to find two full bathrooms. One with full shower and the other with shower/bath tub and three more bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a luxury Queen bed, the far bedroom offers a Double bed, and the middle bedroom is called the Bunk Room perfect for slumber parties with 2 Double beds, and 2 Singles with an additional pull out twin trundle for a total of 5 beds! The Bunk Room also includes toy bins along with a Roku Smart TV and a giant bean bag. Our outdoor space is what sets this property apart from the rest. The patio boasts a gorgeous large granite dining room table with seating for 10 comfortably, along with another outdoor seating area. The separate deck has seating all around and includes a propane fire table and private new HOT TUB that sits 7 guests and is open year round from 7am-10pm. Outside you will also find a beautifully landscaped yard with water feature, playground for the kids and basketball court.

Early check in is available for additional $50. 11am Late check out option is $60 if not out of the unit by 10am. Contact host if you would like a late checkout. After 11am there is a $100/hr charge 1.) Locals must communicate with us before booking. 2.) There can not be any more than 16 persons in or on the property at the time and all guests must be accounted for. Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund. 3.) The guests will respect all community guidelines in and around the property. 4.) This is a self check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions you are being provided by airbnb through either the house manual or check-in guide. You also agree that you will not contact your airbnb host before reading your house manual and check-in instructions. 5.)You agree to know and agree to the following fees: $200 smoking fee per day for smoking inside the unit. $50 late check out fee if your check out is unauthorized to be past 10am. 6.) You agree that you are booking in good will and that you will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling with airbnb or the host in the event that a violation of the host's rules occur. 7.) No Third party booking. The person booking must be the person checking into the unit upon arrival. 8.) A violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund 9.) If failure to following house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest you are responsible to cover the resulting costs.

PLEASE NOTE: Minimum rental age for all guests is 25 or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. No groups larger than 14 regardless of age and no parties. The city of Burien has strict noise ordinances for vacation rentals which must be followed which also include permitting the use of loud outdoor music. Although we don't make these laws, we do follow them, so thank you for your understanding in advance. All house rules, which will be available to you before arrival must be followed. Check in time is 4pm, check out is 10am. Early check in and /or late check out may be available for an additional fee. Please ask us if interested.
