Good to know
The unit sleeps 6-7 comfortably and has everything you will need in the kitchen to stay in during your stay. The living room has a sectional sofa that easily sleeps 2 with a x-large smart TV. The 1st BR is equipped with a Luxury Queen Sleep Number bed and smart TV. W/D is next to the 2nd BR which has a Twin Daybed that opens to a King Bed or add the Twin rollaway bed to add another bed or have two singles in the room. The sofa folds down and creates another large queen bed with blankets and pillows stored inside.
House Rules
Early check in available for additional $30. 11am Late check out option is $40 if not out of the unit by 10am. Contact host if you would like a late checkout. After 11am there is a $100/hr charge

Beautiful quiet neighborhood just blocks from downtown Burien and the ocean front. Very safe for taking a morning jog or evening stroll.
Guest Access
When you arrive, you will park on the right side of the driveway and access the unit via garage access code on the pad on the outside of the right garage. Feel free to use the garage as extra storage or enjoy some fun playing the air hockey table. The door to the unit is on the right side of the garage and is access through a smart lock. Code access will be sent 3 days before your arrival.
